Don't get lured into Rouge's siren song of transfers. He's simply saying what you want to hear.
Never forget that the exact same team behind this game is now making Dust 2. They are repeating the exact same promises and 'visions' that they sold us with Dust. They already proved they can't deliver, so they are slowly phasing Dust out and trying to sweep it under the rug.
By all means, play legion. Do not pay for 'visions' or 'laser focus.' Pay for finished and working content only. Rouge isn't sure how he plans to transfer anything, so it's yet another empty promise.

If it were, CCP would have had an outlined plan to keep all current players in the loop. Make no mistake, CCP knows it botched a lot more than just game design.
They gave us many items and advantages that ruined the core of the game. They absolutely do NOT want to inherit any of that. Instead of being honest and frank about this, they chose this method while simultaneously encouraging us to spend more. It's certainly a business move, but one that openly sneers and chuckles at it's paying customers.
Now that they've realized we aren't idiots and can see them laughing behind our backs, they've sent forward the EP with a mea culpa. The same EP who couldn't be bothered to speak to us at all since being hired on.
Well CCP, not all of us are the idiots you take us for. I read you loud and clear.

Watch them closely, the damage control is in full swing. They've been caught in their lies and now it's time to sweat. Don't relent, don't spend, ask Sony for refunds.
Even if Sony refuses your refund, you send a loud statement. We refuse to be your guinea pigs.

Can be something more shamefull than using some like guinea pigs for others product?! YES using their ideas on that product too. Hell i s till feel like they outsourced dust 514 for dust 2.0 too.
We were nothing more than Legion beta testers paying CCP for the privilege of beta testing this ****** product.

The only positive thing I can say is that at least CCP finally just ripped the bandage off. Sure the bandage also ripped off a third of a pound of flesh, but hey. It's over, the bright red blood is flowing freely and soon this disaster can be buried.
